Black Friday, Cyber Monday shipping and processing:

Thank you for shopping our black Friday/cyber Monday deals. All products will be shipped Monday through Friday. All products are handmade, fresh to ensure quality. All products are shipped via USPS first class package and/or USPS priority mail. Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders of $40 or more. Please be sure to check your email to receive your order confirmation and tracking number. Processing

Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and potency.

 

We require up to 2 to 5 days to create, and process each order. At times there may be small delays with large orders, please rest assured we will do all we can to ensure your packages are shipped in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority.

USPS shipping updates

 

Domestic shipping: Shipping is FREE for all orders (U.S. only) $40 & up.

For orders $39.99 or less shipping is a flat rate of 

$4.99 (U.S. only).

At this time, we use USPS first class package and priority mail for our shipping.

  • First class package takes 3 to 7 days for delivery. 
  • Priority mail takes 2 to 5 day for delivery.

Orders to U.S. territories such as U.S virgin islands... etc may take 6 to 8 days for delivery.

Canadian Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate fee of $9.95 for all orders less than $65 shipped to Canada. FREE Shipping for orders $65 or more.

International shipping: We offer international shipping through DHL, USPS and UPS. FREE shipping for all orders $150 or more.

Orders may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered after shipment depending on customs policies, which is out of our control.

To our lovely international customers, PLEASE note:

  • we are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and charges.
  • we are not responsible for any customs delays.
  • Parcels shipped from the U.S maybe subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees.

*Preorder processing and shipping*

All orders will ship after the preorder period. As your order ships, you will receive an email with an updated tracking number so you can track your order. Order updates will be sent to you via email as needed during this period. Thank you for your patience. 

Important Notes!

Please make sure to check the address used when placing your orders as we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to an undeliverable address or the wrong address.

We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent when each order is shipped.

Sometimes it takes USPS time to update tracking information, if your package is not received within the allotted time please contact us immediately.
